¡¡DSP-21 O-Bao is developed by our company engineers. DSP (Digital Signal Process) already obtains widespread applications in the communications industry and image processing. Our DSP chips have a 32 floating point operation and can easily satisfy complex 3-dimensional engraving computations. DSP-21 is fast, easy to use and learn. The engraving file£¨G-code file£©is stored on the CF£¨Compact Flash£©card. CF cards are convenient and can store large files. Memory storage is greatly enhanced on the CF card versus the traditional floppy disk method. The CF card is inserted into the CF-seat,which is located in the control box. Also, stored in the control box are the keyboard and display monitor. By using the keyboard, you can set the engraving parameters, such as max rate setting ,ramp coefficient setting,offset setting,JOG setting,origin setup,alignment,etc.

This system is completely separated from the PC via the indepedent control system. This makes it rely less on the computer's operating system, which can be affected by multi-tasking programs, viruses, and so on. The DSP-21 control system allows the Woodpecker engraving machines to be even more powerful.

DSP-21 has advanced functions such as the tool breaking function (if during an operation, a tool was to break, the system can automatically continue from where the tool broke and adapt for length differences between the new tool and the broken tool); The power failure processing function (during a power failure, the system can remember the tool position, so when power is restored it will continue where it was stopped). The system can also determine the height of the material used via the tool detection function. It can also remember the original starting point if you were to continue from a different point. Speed of the tool can also be changed during operations.
