"The
Woodpecker SMART engraving machine" is
ROC-Mese newest product from our research
and development laboratory. It¡¯s an ultra
small, quiet and multipurpose engraving machine.
Suitable for gifts, souvenirs, and jewelry
stores, it can engrave items like cigarette
lighters, key chains, picture frames, wristwatches
and other jewelry items made from gold and
silver.
By switching the holding clamps, you can engrave
on stone chops, horn chops, copper chops,
fountain pens, etc. It can also engrave small
name badges and product labels. She has a
very high price to quality ratio and is small
and smart.
Characteristics:
- Has a high performance ARM-CNC controller
system, large LCD display, USB memory stick
and USB communications port. Comes with a
high capacity FLASH memory, which allows you
to save many kinds of engraving and 3D library
files. When you are engraving, you can change
files quickly and easily.
- Comes with a high speed spindle and stepless
speed regulator. Highest rotational speed
is 24,000 revolutions/minute. Small engravings

NovaCut-pro900 is ROC-Mese¡¯s newest machine
for the electronics and prototyping industry.
It¡¯s a high performance, high price/quality
ratio machine that is excellent for the sign
making industry. It uses dual CPU microprocessors,
allows you to have a choice between speed
or quality priority, if there is a power failure,
the machine remembers where it was stopped
and can be restarted from multiple starting
points. The blade has been designed to go
into the material at an angle for a more precise
cut. It can use USB so there is no need for
a computer, Ethernet networking, or flash
memory. Multiple files can be opened simultaneously.

Woodpecker four axis foam/plastics cutting
machine" is ROC-Mese follow up to our
flat foam plastics cutting machine, which
we released into the market two years ago.
Once again we have developed a new foam/plastic
cutting machine but with four axis. This machine
uses different shapes of heating wire, which
may cut many types of designs, even some of
the most unimaginable. Suitable for background
stage scenes, interior designs as well as
large scale label manufacturing. Television
stations, theater, stage backgrounds, it is
the latest weapon for the modern motion picture
studio! Also, you can produce evaporating
moulds for cast iron.

"The
Woodpecker CW-8050 four axis wood engraving
machine" was released by ROC-Mese
with the aim of engraving in 3D in a
360 degree angle. This new model has
all four axis working simultaneously.
It can engrave the image of Buddha,
a totem pole, Roman columns as well
as wooden furniture adornments. The
machine is unique and can engrave wooden
material up to 500mm in diameter and
850mm in length.

ROC-Mese introduces the newest
Woodpecker machine, the Vinas multifunction
flatbed printer and cutter, which uses UV
or water soluable ink and a high frequency
vibration cutting blade. The Z axis height
can be adjustable, uses a vacuum table and
after printing, the machine can start cutting
immediately. It can use different software
and is suited for the large sign advertising
industry, leather industry (shoes), packaging,
construction industry (interior decorating),
etc.

Woodpecker¡± Optima engraving machine
is ROC-Mese¡¯s soon to be released,
newly improved sign making machine with
a new construction and electronics.
It features a beautiful design, one
piece construction, uses USB or Ethernet
for file transfers, can be used either
online or offline. If there is a power
failure or if the tool breaks, its memory
will remember where to start the job
due to its Ferroelectric random access
memory (FRAM) chip. The cutting blade
has been designed to enter from an angle,
creating a more precise cut. It can
use any type of CAD/CAM software.
